Elon Musk hopes for a better future and more implants for Neuralink in the coming years as the second patient of Neuralink plays Counterstrike 2 and designs 3D objects. Musk also said that if all goes well, then millions of people will have Neuralink implants in the next ten years.
The second implant patient has shown good progress, according to Neuralink’s blog post; Alex, the second patient of Neuralink plays Counterstrike 2. It is a first-person shooting game that requires the use of different inputs. Moreover, he has designed a mount for his Neuralink charger using (CAD) computer-aided design software.
Elon Musk’s first device Neuralink, which is currently in action, is Telepathy, a human-computer interface. Now, he intends to make the neuralink implant industry bigger with time. He is also planning to release a device called BlindSight for blind people to help them restore their sight even if they are visually impaired from birth.
