On Saturday 8 December, Elon Musk xAI Grok released Aurora – a photo-realistic image generator. xAI developer Chris Park posted on his X account that;
“Grok 2 + Aurora is now available with your X app in the model selector. Oh, by the way, Grok 3 is coming!”
But Elon Musk xAI Grok released Aurora for a few hours on Saturday it disappeared for some users. However, according to Techcrunch the terms of the free services of Grok a user can send up to 10 text messages to Grok every 2 hours and produce 3 images a day. You can access Aurora via the Grok tab on the Twitter X mobile app and the web.
Well, it appears like Aurora outshines photorealistic pictures, including images of lands and still life. But it is not perfect as well. Twitter X users posted Aurora-generated images showing objects combined unnaturally together and people without fingers.
