Google, Meta, Microsoft, And Amazon Apps Might Be Listening To You

apps might be listening to you

Is your mobile phone eavesdropping on your conversations? Well, new evidence suggests Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon apps might be listening to you. A report by 404 Media said that CMG (Cox Media Group), a major news giant, said that they used Active Listening Technology to advertise products.

The company uses AI to collect real-time data by listening to the high-pitched voices near the devices. Reports also said that the company is gaining data from 470+ sources, and it is very helpful for them. The speculations about big giants using this technology are because CMG was a partner with Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon.

As the new evidence suggests, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon apps might be listening to you, but all four companies have denied these claims and have said that they were not partners in any of such programs.
