Apple Officially Integrates ChatGPT On iOS 18

Apple brings generative AI to Siri, iPhone, iPad OS, and macOS Sequoia.

The Apple user’s expectations will be fulfilled, and ChatGPT is coming to iOS 18 for iPhones later this year- as well as iPads and Mac devices. The most awaited announcement was made during the June 10, 2024, keynote at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference. Apple CEO Tim Cock said Apple Intelligence would revolutionize what users can do with Apple’s products and what the products can do for their users in this new benchmark in Apple innovation.

ChatGPT-4.0 support will be available in Siri and Apple’s Intelligence writing tools. They are letting users take benefit of OpenAI’s chatbot without having to download and use a standalone application. Artificial Intelligence has played a vital role in Apple products for years. However, the worldwide popularity of OpenAI’s ChatGPT has shown a higher interest in Generative AI- models trained on a large scale of data that can create more accurate content in response to prompts.

After Apple’s rivals infuse tech into their most significant products, all eyes are on Apple to see how they bring Generative AI to its products. At the Worldwide Developers Conference, we are finally getting the answer.
