35 Devices will not Support WhatsApp

Imagine your life without WhatsApp. You can’t, right? 35 devices will not support WhatsApp by the end of this year, as mentioned by the WhatsApp team. WhatsApp announced this news, and it has not been taken well by many users around the world. 

We really suggest that you upgrade your device if you don’t wish to leave the app. They won’t be supporting some older versions of iOS and Android. They even released a list of devices for people so they can update and don’t lose WhatsApp.

Here is the list:

  • Apple: iPhone SE (2016), iPhone 5, iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, and iPhone 5C
  • Samsung: Galaxy Core, Galaxy Ace Plus, Galaxy Express 2, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Grand, Galaxy S3 Mini, Galaxy S4 Mini, Galaxy S4 Active, Galaxy S4 Zoom, Galaxy Note 3 Neo, Galaxy S3,
  • Huawei: Ascend G525, Ascend P6 S, Huawei C199, Huawei Y625, Huawei GX1s,
  • Motorola: Moto G, Moto X
  • Lenovo: Lenovo 46600, Lenovo A858T, Lenovo P70, Lenovo S890
  • Sony: Xperia Z1, Xperia E3
  • LG: Optimus 4X HD, Optimus G, Optimus G Pro, Optimus L7

The above-mentioned 35 devices will not support WhatsApp by the end of this year. The minimum requirement for using WhatsApp on an Android running OS 5.0 and newer or an iPhone running iOS 12 and newer. So, if you own an outdated device, it is the right time to upgrade so you don’t want to wish farewell to your beloved WhatsApp.
